Layered Stamping with Faux Embroidered Florals

I absolutely adore the look and feel of stitching and embroidery, but I definitely do not have the patience to create those beautiful sewn pieces myself.

Hence, the TEXT{ures} Stitch in Time Embroidery Flowers Stamps were created!

I had the idea for these many years ago, back when I didn’t have the knowledge, contacts or funds to have them produced myself. Fast forward about 4/5 years and I just knew I needed to incorporate the design into one of the TEXT{ures} collections. So, Stitch in Time’ was born and it has been the most popular range so far!

The collection is made up of dies, stamps, papers and greyboard pieces, all with a sewing theme. There are patterns of last and texture of hessian. Sewing tools dies and stated edge stamps. The main die set was a fun nested embroidery hoop set, which sold out super quickly, but hopefully these will soon be back in stock (fingers crossed!)

But of all of these products, the layering stamps are my favourite. So here is a little video walking through how to use them to achieve fantastic, realistic florals that look as if they really have been hand stitched onto the paper!

If you love the look of these too, you will find them stallion stock at the time of writing this here
